This made in Japan PJ-535 Jazz Bass Special is a rare find and was part of the Boxer Series in 1985-1986. This bass features both P and J pickup configuration and has a medium scale length.
This bass shows quite a bit of cosmetic wear from over the years. There's various scratches, chips, dents, scuffs, etc. in the finish all throughout the body. There's more significant chipping on the bottom of the guitar near the strap buttons and on the headstock.
The volume/tone knobs have been replaced and the pickups have been swapped for FGI active pickups. The battery is located in the electronics cavity.
