This is a super cool Fender American Original '60's Telecaster that plays and sounds great! This guitar was professionally refinished by in the illustrious Shell Pink by Sims Custom Shop in Tennessee. The guitar was originally Lake Placid Blue, and still retains a thin lacquer finish. The dark rosewood fretboard looks incredible.
This guitar is in really nice shape overall and shows very little signs of play wear. The frets play great and the electronics work as they should. The back of the neck has been lightly sanded and feels very well worn in. This is a great example of a guitar that has all the vintage feel, but with nice clean frets.
The original bridge single coil has been swapped for a Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Pearly Gates single coil bridge pickup. The original pickup is included inside the case.
