This one is a great player instrument with some tasteful upgrades. The original Custom Shop Texas Special single coil neck pickup pairs nicely with the added Seymour Duncan P-Rails, a hybrid between a P90 single coil and blade style "Hot Rails" single coil pickup. The guitar is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and maple fretboard.

This guitar shows minor cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and small dents throughout the body with additional small dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The back of the lower body also shows some thin finish cracks from over time and the edge of the fretboard shows wear on the high E side. The hardware also shows normal patina that is consistent with aging. The frets are in great shape with plenty of life along the neck and the electronics work as they should.

This guitar has had a few modifications from over the years. The bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan SHPR P-Rails pickup with a traditional 3-way blade pickup selector and push/pull pots added to the electronics. The tortoise shell pickguard, screws, and low E bridge saddle are also replacements.

Pickup Readings:
Neck: 6.6k ohms
Bridge: 8.2k ohms

This guitar comes freshly set up with D'addario EXL110 (10-46) strings.

Includes the pictured hard case.

Make: Fender
Model: '51 Pawn Shop Stratocaster
Year: 2011
Fretboard Material: Maple
Fretboard Radius: 9.5"
Scale length: 25.5"
Weight: 7.67 pounds
Nut Width: 1.67"
Neck Width at 12th fret: 2.03"
Neck Thickness at 1st fret: 0.82"
Neck Thickness at 12th fret: 0.87"
Case/bag: Includes the pictured hard case
Made in Japan

We have shipped hundreds of instruments and other music related items and can assure you that your new gear will be packed professionally with the utmost care, using high quality materials.

Please see pictures for exact condition and details.

If you have any questions please let us know.
